Privacy Policy

This policy covers the LoyaltyNudge waitlist page at loyaltynudge.com, operated by F&S Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). LoyaltyNudge itself is still in development; this page only collects interest in it.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the waitlist, together with the time you joined and which of our products you signed up for.
• Basic usage data through Google Analytics, such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type. Google Analytics uses cookies. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not load Google Analytics at all.
• A bot check by Cloudflare Turnstile when you submit the form, which looks at technical signals from your browser to tell people from automated scripts.

How we use it

We use your email address only to tell you when LoyaltyNudge launches. We do not sell it, rent it, share it for advertising, or add you to any other mailing list. We use the usage data to understand how many people visit and join.

Who processes it for us

Resend stores the waitlist and would send the launch email; Render hosts this site and the signup service; Google provides analytics; Cloudflare provides DNS and the bot check. Each acts as our service provider.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until LoyaltyNudge launches and we have sent the announcement, or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. If we decide not to launch LoyaltyNudge, we delete the list.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to be removed from the waitlist, email hello@fsventuresllc.com. We will act on it within 30 days. The launch email will also include a one-click way to unsubscribe.

Children

This page is not meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. When LoyaltyNudge launches, the product will have its own, fuller privacy policy.
